ORDERS
All orders received via our website, fax, telephone or mail before 1 pm Eastern Time will ship the same day*(as long as the items are in stock). Orders received after 1 pm Eastern Time that are in stock will ship the next business day. Special order items will ship upon completion. We will provide tracking information to you via email, or you can call us at 1-877-625-1283.
*Special conditions apply during the Holiday Season: all orders received after 1 pm between December 21st and December 26th will be shipped no earlier than December 27th. Please request Next Day or Second Day delivery for items needed by January 1st.
Your credit card account will be charged once your order has been processed. Shipping charges are estimated, and may be changed when the order is completed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO CHARGE for custom design work with your purchase. However, if you cancel your order after artwork has been submitted, a $50.00 cancellation charge, per design, will apply for design work in process.
PROOF DISCLAIMER
All proofs need to be approved via email. Errors do occur. T3 Sign Design does not take responsibility for misuse or misspellings when creating or recreating artwork submitted to us. Please check your proof(s) carefully.
RETURNS
TTT Sign Design will accept any new and unused item(s) for exchange or return as long as it is done so within 45 days of purchase, however we cannot accept any items that are damaged due to your negligence. Custom orders excluded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include the following information with your return or exchange: Name, Address, Order Number, and the reason you are returning or exchanging your item(s). If you would like to make an exchange, please indicate the item(s) you would like to receive in place of the item(s) you are returning.
FADE GUARANTEE
TTT Sign Design guarantees its color banners against fading for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase. Simply return the banner, with proof of purchase, to:
