ORDERS

All orders received via our website, fax, telephone or mail before 1 pm Eastern Time will ship the same day*(as long as the items are in stock). Orders received after 1 pm Eastern Time that are in stock will ship the next business day. Special order items will ship upon completion. We will provide tracking information to you via email, or you can call us at 1-877-625-1283.

*Special conditions apply during the Holiday Season: all orders received after 1 pm between December 21st and December 26th will be shipped no earlier than December 27th. Please request Next Day or Second Day delivery for items needed by January 1st.

Your credit card account will be charged once your order has been processed. Shipping charges are estimated, and may be changed when the order is completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled after artwork has been submitted will still be charged $15.00 for each design in progress. Please note that any artwork not finalized or approved by customer within 4 weeks of receipt of proof will incur a fee of $50 for design work. When  the order is approved, the $50 fee will be applied to the balance due.

PROOF DISCLAIMER
All proofs need to be approved via email. Errors do occur. T3 Media & Print does not take responsibility for misuse or misspellings when creating or recreating artwork submitted to us. Please check your proof(s) carefully.

All proof designs are the property of T3 Media & Print, LLC. It is submitted for your consideration in the purchase of the products, plans, or visual ideas accordingly depicted. Designs cannot be copied in whole or in part, altered or exhibited in any manner. Exceptions are previously copyrighted artwork supplied by client. Colors are for indication only and not a color match to any substrate, material, or computer monitors, etc. (2011)

RETURNS

T3 Media & Print  will accept any  new and unused item(s) for exchange as long as it is done so within 30 days from the date of purchase, and returned in its original packaging.  **Returns for credit must be received within 14 days of purchase.  Custom Orders Excluded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Prior to returning your item(s), please contact us  at 1-877-625-1283 for a Return Authorization Number.

Please include the following information with your return or exchange: Name, Address, Order Number, & RA #, along with the reason you are returning or exchanging your item(s). If you would like to make an exchange, please indicate the item(s) you would like to receive in place of the item(s) you are returning.

WARRANTY

Hardware is warranted for 1 year from the date purchase. If damaged is caused due to; Vandalism, Improper Installation, or is Weather Related, the warranty is void. Please contact us at 1-877-625-1283 prior to returning your item to find out if the product falls under the 1 year warranty policy. If it fits the criteria, a Return Authorization number will be issued. T3 will inspect the product upon the return to determine if the damage was due to a product defect. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
